brand-name companies that were well managed, operated in expanding global markets, and were led with vision and focus by corporate leaders.
NewPoint’s Role: NewPoint was retained by Infinity with respect to the development and execution of a plan to meet its short and medium term financial goals.
Specifically, the financing was required to enable Infinity to finance its unique operating cash flow needs, and to finance the purchase of a royalty interest in a competing fund.
Transaction Snapshot: As a result of income tax changes, Infinity needed to amend its capital structure to finance its rapid growth. The financing was completed expeditiously and the company was able to grow without unreasonable capital constraint.
