anticipated growth and repay certain corporate loans. NewPoint took the lead in preparing the marketing and financial materials
necessary to solicit potential strategic and financial equity investors, as well as, providing financial and negotiating expertise
throughout the duration of the process.
Transaction Snapshot: NewPoint was successful in securing a strategic equity investor with the proceeds of the investment
being used to repay preference shares that had been issued to a start-up capital provider and to fund future growth.
