in skates, sticks, gloves and pants with ITech’s 20 years of experience and leadership position in the complimentary product categories.
The sale proceeds exceeded the expectations of the company’s founder, Robin Burns, and its Canadian private equity partner, Ontario Teachers Pension Plan.
