The Company serves a number of blue-chip clients and is based in Toronto, Ontario.
NewPoint’s Role: NewPoint was retained by Mr. Dean Baxendale, a print industry executive, as exclusive financial advisor to assist in
his acquisition of J.F. Moore. NewPoint assisted the client with all aspects relevant to closing of the transaction including raising and structuring
the financing necessary to complete the purchase and the negotiation of various agreements.
Transaction Snapshot: J.F. Moore was purchased from three owner-managers, who had successfully grown the business and were ready to sell their
business. NewPoint structured and closed the acquisition and managed the interests of the existing shareholders, such that they remained an integral
part of the business.
