Amun Whig — Principal
Amun brings with him a financial background and experience in mergers and acquisitions, public and private
financing and loan structuring and syndication. He has previously worked for a boutique investment bank and a
venture capital that focused on the private capital markets. Before then, he worked at National Bank Financial (NBF),
a tier-one investment bank with a focus in the public capital markets. Prior to joining NBF, he worked in public practice
at BDO Dunwoody and McCarney Greenwood as a Senior Auditor and Tax Specialist respectively. His business skills were developed
through his studies at McGill University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing. He is also a
Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator.
Amun's hobbies include playing golf and traveling.
