After generating significant interest in the business through a disciplined sale process, NewPoint helped identify and negotiate the deal that provided the most value to the Camus stakeholders. The purchaser was Cleaver-Brooks (a portfolio company of Harbour Group) which is a US. based competitor whose products lines and engineering expertise complement those of Camus.
